The Saint Paul Winter Carnival opens today and runs through February 5th in downtown St. Paul, near Rice Park!
Each year a new button is designed for the Winter Carnival, but 2023 feels extra special!
NHCC alumni, Geno Okok was selected to design the signature 2023 Winter Carnival buttons and he is also the first artist of color chosen to design them! Four Carnival buttons feature his beautiful, brightly colored artwork.
