Maple Plain median home prices rose by 3.7% in the first half of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Maple Plain rose by $12,500 while total sales increased by 12.5 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $352,000 - a 3.7 percent increase over the $339,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Maple Plain in the first half of 2021.

The median sales tax in Maple Plain for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,679, approximately one percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
