How did home prices perform in Long Lake during the first half of 2022?

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Long Lake rose by $10,000 while total sales remained unchanged with eight homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $375,000 - a 2.7 percent increase over the $365,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Long Lake in the first half of 2021, as well.

The median sales tax in Long Lake for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,529, approximately 0.9 percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
