Champlin home prices rose in the first half of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Champlin rose by $52,200 while total sales increased by 86.2 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 162 homes sold, with a median sale price of $377,000 - a 16.1 percent increase over the $324,800 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 87 homes sold in Champlin in the first half of 2021.

The median sales tax in Champlin for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,209, approximately 0.9 percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
