Q2: Maple Plain experienced a 7.1% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Maple Plain fell by $24,928 while total sales decreased by 57.1 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $327,072 - a 7.1 percent decrease from the $352,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Maple Plain in the second quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in Maple Plain for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,679, approximately 1.1 percent of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2022.
