How did home prices perform in Wayzata during the first half of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Wayzata fell by $220,750 while total sales decreased by 23.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $649,250 - a 25.4% decrease over the $870,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Wayzata in the first half of 2020.
