The first half of 2021: Plymouth experienced a 14.5% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Plymouth rose by $54,350 while total sales decreased by 50.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 208 homes sold, with a median sale price of $429,250 - a 14.5% increase over the $374,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 419 homes sold in Plymouth in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Plymouth for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,491, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
