Long Lake median home prices rose by 10.9% in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Long Lake rose by $36,000 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $365,000 - a 10.9% increase over the $329,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Long Lake in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Long Lake for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,529, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
