Home prices increased in Champlin during the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Champlin rose by $41,750 while total sales decreased by 46.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 70 homes sold, with a median sale price of $323,250 - a 14.8% increase over the $281,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 131 homes sold in Champlin in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Champlin for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,209, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
