What happened to the median home price in Golden Valley during the second quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Golden Valley rose by $70,000 while total sales decreased by 37%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $420,000 - a 20% increase over the $350,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 73 homes sold in Golden Valley in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Golden Valley for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,869, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
