Pricing for the median home in Rogers increased during the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Rogers rose by $80,500 while total sales increased by 6.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $410,500 - a 24.4% increase over the $330,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Rogers in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Rogers for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,373, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
