Long Lake home prices rose in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Long Lake rose by $28,500 while total sales decreased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $370,000 - a 8.3% increase over the $341,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Long Lake in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Long Lake for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,529, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
