Home prices decreased in Greenfield during the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Greenfield fell by $150,500 while total sales decreased by 46.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $299,500 - a 33.4% decrease over the $450,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Greenfield in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Greenfield for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,929, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
