The second quarter of 2021: Crystal experienced a 18.3% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Crystal rose by $44,460 while total sales remained unchanged with 79 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 79 homes sold, with a median sale price of $286,960 - a 18.3% increase over the $242,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 79 homes sold in Crystal in the second quarter of 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Crystal for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,264, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
