The second quarter of 2021: Home prices in Brooklyn Center increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Brooklyn Center rose by $32,000 while total sales decreased by 32.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 64 homes sold, with a median sale price of $257,000 - a 14.2% increase over the $225,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 95 homes sold in Brooklyn Center in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Brooklyn Center for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,131, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
