Pricing for the median home in Brooklyn Center increased during June 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Brooklyn Center rose by $32,500 while total sales decreased by 82.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $262,500 - a 14.1% increase over the $230,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Brooklyn Center in June 2020.
