Rising home prices in Rogers in May 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2021 in Rogers rose by $94,750 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $421,750 - a 29% increase over the $327,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Rogers in May 2020.

The median sales tax in Rogers for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,373, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for May 2021.
