The first quarter of 2021: Corcoran experienced a 16% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Corcoran rose by $60,000 while total sales decreased by 52.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $435,000 - a 16% increase over the $375,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Corcoran in the first quarter of 2020.
