What happened to the median home price in Plymouth during the first quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Plymouth rose by $61,000 while total sales decreased by 64.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 68 homes sold, with a median sale price of $430,500 - a 16.5% increase over the $369,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 194 homes sold in Plymouth in the first quarter of 2020.
