Maple Grove home prices rose in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Maple Grove rose by $16,000 while total sales decreased by 60.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 83 homes sold, with a median sale price of $345,000 - a 4.9% increase over the $329,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 209 homes sold in Maple Grove in the first quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Maple Grove for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,926, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2021.
