How did home prices perform in New Hope during the first quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in New Hope rose by $45,250 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $299,000 - a 17.8% increase over the $253,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in New Hope in the first quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in New Hope for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,840, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2021.
