Rising home prices in Champlin in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Champlin rose by $22,050 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $291,000 - a 8.2% increase over the $268,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 60 homes sold in Champlin in the first quarter of 2020.
