Home prices increased in Plymouth during March 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in Plymouth rose by $59,050 while total sales decreased by 57.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were 34 homes sold, with a median sale price of $436,000 - a 15.7% increase over the $376,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 80 homes sold in Plymouth in March 2020.
