Pricing for the median home in Maple Grove increased during March 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in Maple Grove rose by $30,000 while total sales decreased by 47.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were 49 homes sold, with a median sale price of $360,000 - a 9.1% increase over the $330,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 93 homes sold in Maple Grove in March 2020.
