Greenfield median home prices rose by 2.1% in March 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in Greenfield rose by $6,175 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $296,075 - a 2.1% increase over the $289,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Greenfield in March 2020.
