Home prices increased in New Hope during December 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2020 in New Hope rose by $50,500 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $305,000 - a 19.8% increase over the $254,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in New Hope in December 2019.

The median sales tax in New Hope for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,840, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for December 2020.
