Home prices increased in New Hope during 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in 2020 in New Hope rose by $25,100 while total sales decreased by 38.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2020, there were 169 homes sold, with a median sale price of $285,000 - a 9.7% increase over the $259,900 median sale price for the previous year. There were 276 homes sold in New Hope in 2019.

The median sales tax in New Hope for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,840, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for 2020.
