Median home prices in Plymouth rose to $397,500 in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Plymouth rose by $15,600 while total sales decreased by 50.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 293 homes sold, with a median sale price of $397,500 - a 4.1% increase over the $381,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 587 homes sold in Plymouth in the second half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Plymouth for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,491, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
