The second half of 2020: Corcoran experienced a 14.9% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Corcoran rose by $50,000 while total sales decreased by 52.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $385,000 - a 14.9% increase over the $335,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 40 homes sold in Corcoran in the second half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Corcoran for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,659, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
