How did home prices perform in Medina during the fourth quarter of 2020?

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Medina rose by $134,500 while total sales decreased by 53.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $640,000 - a 26.6% increase over the $505,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Medina in the fourth quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Medina for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $6,289, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2020.
