How did home prices perform in Maple Plain during the fourth quarter of 2020?

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Maple Plain rose by $9,900 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $299,900 - a 3.4% increase over the $290,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Maple Plain in the fourth quarter of 2019, as well.

The median sales tax in Maple Plain for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,679, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2020.
