Golden Valley home prices rise in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Golden Valley rose by $102,500 while total sales decreased by 68.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $415,000 - a 32.8% increase over the $312,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Golden Valley in November 2019.
