Rogers home prices fall in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Rogers fell by $15,100 while total sales decreased by 72.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $334,900 - a 4.3% decrease over the $350,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Rogers in November 2019.
