Brooklyn Park home prices rise in August 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2020 in Brooklyn Park rose by $38,900 while total sales decreased by 75.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2020, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $295,500 - a 15.2% increase over the $256,600 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 124 homes sold in Brooklyn Park in August 2019.
