City of Champlin issued the following announcement on July 9.
As of today, the Splash Pad at Andrews Park is now open for the season. Located at 7200 117th Ave N in Champlin, the Andrews Park Splash Pad is open to the public free of charge. Everyday hours are 10:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. Stay up-to-date with any weather related closings by calling the Splash Pad hotline: 763-923-7127. For more details, please visit the Splash Pad website.
