The City of Champlin Emergency Management team is working closely with the North Suburban Emergency Management Group, Hennepin County Emergency Management, and the Minnesota Department of Health to monitor and respond to the spread of the novel Coronavirus or COVID-19.
While there have been no cases reported in the city, Champlin will follow the guidance of experts at the Center for Disease Control and the Minnesota Department of Health regarding our response.

- Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue and throw away the tissue.
- Avoid touching your face, eyes, nose, and mouth.
- Stay home when you are sick.
- Avoid contact with people who are sick.
- Practice good personal hygiene, including frequent hand washing.
