City of Champlin issued the following announcement on Oct. 8.
Stage Two: New mailboxes were installed this week as well as topsoil leveling and sod installation.
Stage Three: The first layer of asphalt was laid on the streets this week. Asphalt driveway repairs were also started. The electrical contractor was on-site installing street light bases and connecting conduits. Next week, bituminous driveways will be completed and grading behind the curb will start
