Due to the weather, they weren’t on their blue 2011 Ford Ranger Pickup Truck stage last night. However, Mixed Precipitation’s Pickup Truck Opera: The Magic Flute was still a hit!

In an effort to bring the arts to the northwest metro, NHCC & the City of Brooklyn Park collaborated to sponsor this performance. The Magic Flute is an original production, that combines pop & opera music. It was inspired by Homer’s Odyssey, adapted by Scotty Reynolds, Gary Ruschman (NHCC’s Choir Director) & their team. The cast is extremely talented & keeps the audience engaged from beginning to end. Performances at other locations are going on through September 11th.
