Several special elections are scheduled in Minnesota to fill legislative vacancies, according to State Representative Danny Nadeau (R-Champlin). In a recent update, Nadeau listed key dates for these elections: August 12 for the Special Primary in House District 34B; August 26 for Special Primaries in Senate Districts 29 and 47; September 16 for the Special Election in House District 34B; and November 4 for Special Elections in Senate Districts 29 and 47. Detailed information about these elections, including candidate lists and voting locations, is available on the Minnesota Secretary of State’s website at mnvotes.gov.

Nadeau also referenced several recent statements he has issued regarding developments within the state. These include being named Legislator of Distinction by the League of Minnesota Cities, his response to fraud concerns in Minnesota’s Housing Stabilization Program, and his statement on taxpayer spending for private legal counsel related to a congressional hearing.

He encouraged constituents to participate in a survey designed to gather input on district and state priorities. "I believe good government starts with listening. I’ve put together a short survey to hear directly from you about your priorities for our district and the state. Your input helps guide my work at the Capitol and ensures I’m representing our community effectively. Take the survey here: [Feedback Poll]"

Nadeau concluded by inviting residents to contact him with questions or comments, providing both his phone number and email address.
