Alissa Wernz, former Maple Grove Senior High School standout, played on Monday, Feb. 24 in NCAA Division I softball game

On Monday, Feb. 24, former Maple Grove Senior High School standout Alissa Wernz’s current college team, the South Dakota State Jackrabbits, lost 6-3 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Central Arkansas Bears.

The game took place at Farris Fields Complex. This was their second matchup against the Bears this season.

The Jackrabbits’ next game is scheduled for Monday, Feb. 24 at 2:30 p.m. at Farris Fields Complex against Central Arkansas Bears.
