On Friday, Feb. 14, former Wayzata High School standout Riley Leatherman’s college team won in an NCAA Division I baseball game

On Friday, Feb. 14, former Wayzata High School standout Riley Leatherman’s current college team, the North Carolina Tar Heels, won 8-3 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Texas Tech Red Raiders.

The game took place at Cary C. Boshamer Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Red Raiders this season.

The Tar Heels’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 15 at 12 p.m. at Cary C. Boshamer Stadium against Texas Tech Red Raiders.
