On Sunday, April 27, former Wayzata High School standout Jake Berkland’s current college team, the Minnesota State Mankato Mavericks, won 4-1 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Augustana Vikings.

The game took place at Ronken Field. This was their third matchup against the Vikings this season.

The Mavericks’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 29 at 1:30 p.m. at Pete Chapman Complex against Wayne State Wildcats.
