On Monday, April 7, former Wayzata High School standout Jake Berkland’s current college team, the Minnesota State Mankato Mavericks, won 10-6 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Minot State Beavers.

The game took place at Corbett Field. This was their fourth matchup against the Beavers this season.

The Mavericks’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, April 9 at 1:30 p.m. at Loughrey Field against Winona State Warriors.
