Jake Berkland, former Wayzata High School standout’s collegiate team plays on Sunday, May 18 in the NCAA Division II Baseball Championship

On Sunday, May 18, former Wayzata High School standout Jake Berkland’s current collegiate team the Minnesota State Mankato Mavericks won 7-2 against the Arkansas–Monticello Boll Weevils in the NCAA Division II Baseball Championship.

The game took place at ISG Field at 12 p.m. and was the second matchup against the Arkansas–Monticello Boll Weevils in the tournament.

The Minnesota State Mankato Mavericks’ next game will take place on Sunday, May 18 at 4 p.m. at ISG Field.
