Sunday, Feb. 9: Maple Grove Senior High School standout Frankie Volkers’ college team loses to Missouri State Lions

On Sunday, Feb. 9, former Maple Grove Senior High School standout Frankie Volkers’ current college team, the St. Cloud State Huskies, lost 7-3 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Missouri State Lions.

The game took place at Warren Turner Field. This was their third matchup against the Lions this season.

The Huskies’ next game is scheduled for Monday, Feb. 24 at 1 p.m. at Ronken Field against Augustana Vikings.
