Frankie Volkers, former Maple Grove Senior High School standout, played on Friday, Feb. 7 in NCAA Division II baseball game

On Friday, Feb. 7, former Maple Grove Senior High School standout Frankie Volkers’ current college team, the St. Cloud State Huskies, lost 3-2 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Missouri State Lions.

The game took place at Warren Turner Field. This was their first matchup against the Lions this season.

The Huskies’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 8 at 1 p.m. at Warren Turner Field against Missouri State Lions.
