The City of Maple Grove currently has an opening on the Parks & Recreation Board. Membership to this board is filled by nominations from the mayor with confirmation by the City Council.
The seven-member board serves three-year terms and is staffed by the parks and recreation director. This appointment will run through December 31, 2025.
The Park Board acts in an advisory capacity to the City Council and as an operating board with independent responsibility. The board routinely meets on the third Thursday of each month and occasionally has a special meeting or work session.
