Pricing for the median home in Osseo increased during the first half of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Osseo rose by $8,400 while total sales decreased by 62.5 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $297,500 - a 2.9 percent increase over the $289,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Osseo in the first half of 2021.

The median sales tax in Osseo for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,266, approximately 1.1 percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
