Median home prices in New Hope rose to $338,612 in the first half of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in New Hope rose by $17,112 while total sales increased by 52.3 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 134 homes sold, with a median sale price of $338,612 - a 5.3 percent increase over the $321,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 88 homes sold in New Hope in the first half of 2021.

The median sales tax in New Hope for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,840, approximately 1.1 percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
