First half of 2022: Home prices in Maple Grove increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Maple Grove rose by $23,877 while total sales increased by 35.1 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 435 homes sold, with a median sale price of $400,777 - a 6.3 percent increase over the $376,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 322 homes sold in Maple Grove in the first half of 2021.

The median sales tax in Maple Grove for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,926, approximately one percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
